A plea from the timers for our Sprint events - please make your race numbers clearly visible to the timers.
That means in a CONTRASTING COLOUR to the background. Blue on black is NO GOOD, yellow on dark blue IS. Black tape on a rear passenger window is no good.
Numbers should be at least 30cm high and on the left side of the car as a minimum. They should also be on the bonnet facing diagonally to the left if possible, or 15cm high, preferably yellow, on the left windscreen. Look at the V8 Supercars.....
If the timers can't see or determine your number, you probably won't be timed.
IT'S YOUR RESPOSIBILITY.
A dreary day at Hampton Downs, but most managed to stay safe and on the black stuff.
Check out the photos on our Facebook page thanks to Brahnan Amon, who braved the wet all day to get them.
Check out some great photos from our last Motorkhana at Eventfinda North Shore on our Facebook page.
Thanks to Xavier Booth for the great action shots.
